NTT Data Business Solutions Canada is looking to grow our SAP Consulting practice. We are seeking a Senior SAP Consultant Leader with extensive experience in the Mining Industry . The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of business processes, experience providing SAP application support/management, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Our consultants need to manage competing priorities, meet commitments, and demonstrate energy and a willingness to learn. They should work well within a team environment yet be self-starters and leaders in their own work. Applicants should have at least 10 years of SAP experience and a solid understanding of integration points across SAP functional areas, specifically within the Mining Sector.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use business process, functional, and industry knowledge to provide quality SAP solutions.
- Manage priorities across various customers including enhancements, projects, incidents, or service requests from our broad AMS client base.
- Communicate clearly, provide accurate estimates, understand processes, and utilize intelligence tools to formulate quality solutions that generate revenue and add value for clients.
- Identify opportunities for optimization to further add business value.
- Collaborate within a team-oriented environment with other functional and technical consultants in Canada and globally.
Position Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
- Over 10 years of SAP implementation and support experience, with deep knowledge of the Mining Sector.
- Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.
- Experience in multiple SAP implementations.
- Meet or exceed NTT general consulting competencies in Personal Skills, Methodical Skills, Business Skills, and Leadership.
