Platform Engineering DevOps Engineer
What You'll Do:
- Work extensively with our AWS stack (ECS, RDS, etc.) to improve reliability, scalability, and performance
- Build and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform
- Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines that support testing, security, and efficient code delivery
- Provide a seamless and consistent developer experience, improving speed, security, and usability
- Contribute to the observability and monitoring of our systems using tools like Datadog, Sentry, and Coralogix
- Document and share deep knowledge of our infrastructure to improve long-term maintainability and support
What You Bring:
- Proven experience working with AWS services, especially ECS and RDS
- Strong understanding of Terraform and infrastructure as code principles
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly document complex systems and workflows
- A collaborative spirit and passion for continuous improvement
- Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Sentry, or Coralogix
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working with Kubernetes, Helm, or container orchestration tools
- Exposure to Ruby on Rails and/or JavaScript applications
- Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems management
