Our client, a major legal data/analytics company, is actively looking for a Legal Editor to join their team! This is a fully remote position, at 40 hours per week.

What You'll Do:
- Test the outputs from a Large Language Model (LLM) that is being tested for the creation of AI-generated (Artificial Intelligence) summaries of United States court opinions and other legal content types such as complaints, statutory summaries, and annotations
- Using an online tool, a portion of the work will involve creating inputs/prompts for an LLM and analyzing outputs from the model for model training
- May also be asked to evaluate outputs for specific legal content against a set of required elements and for the accuracy of both the summary content and any statutory rules or case citations contained within the output. For both tasks, editors will be required to provide assessment rating feedback and to provide additional feedback commentary as necessary
Must-Haves:
- Law degree Required
- Admission to Canadian bar required
- Strong legal research and legal analysis skills in addition to a high degree of familiarity with US legal content/documents
- Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets -- saving a Read Only spreadsheet, working with columns within a spreadsheet, basic comment entry into cells within a spreadsheet. No familiarity with formulas or cell formatting is required.
- Ability to work with multiple software-based tools.
- Capable of providing a large volume of work in accordance with quotas that may be set.
- Experience in providing high quality feedback rating analysis as well as additional comments on products being tested
