What you will do:
- Acquire new customers
- Schedule weekly appointments with potential clients
- Engage in daily/weekly cold calling
- Manage the sales process from start to finish: evaluate client needs, schedule presentations, gather information to open new accounts
- Demonstrate features and benefits tailored to each customer
- Develop and maintain a loyal customer base through high-quality service
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Use SalesForce CRM to log activities, prospects, and clients efficiently
- Address customer complaints and propose solutions
- Research market trends through trade associations and relationship building
- Implement new ideas and techniques learned from experience and peers
- Communicate courteously, efficiently, and professionally with internal and external clients
- Plan and execute sales strategies effectively
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a B2B Sales Representative
- Strong bilingual communication skills in French and English (verbal and written)
- Extensive local network and business contacts
- Proven success in selling products and/or services
- Goal-oriented with self-motivation, persistence, and determination
- Excellent customer service skills and outgoing personality
- Strong presentation skills
- Valid driver's license
