Overview of the role:
The Sr. CRM Manager position focuses on leading the Reactivations team, one of the company's most impactful revenue-driving areas. This role requires a data-driven, hands-on approach with ownership of both strategy and execution in a B2B environment. The position oversees a team that currently generates over $50M annually in revenue, with objectives to double that figure in 2025. As one of the company's highest-leverage growth initiatives, this role benefits from strong execution support and direct investment from the CEO and CMO. The position offers significant autonomy in strategy implementation, access to comprehensive data resources, and full leadership support while collaborating with Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics teams in a fast-paced, results-focused remote environment.
Key responsibilities:

Designing and continuously improving the user experience for dormant leads across all reactivation efforts.

Managing existing campaigns and trigger flows to maximize re-engagement conversion and revenue growth.

Proposing new channels and triggers based on research to drive higher reactivation success.

Staying current on trends and sharing insights to help the team evolve and improve.
Requirements:

CRM Experience: 4+ years with CRM or Lifecycle Marketing.

Marketing Background: 5+ years in Email Marketing, Demand Gen, or Growth Marketing.

Leadership: 2+ years in leadership roles with team management experience.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL, Email Marketing, SEO, and SEM.

Industry Focus: Experience in B2B Marketing.

Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

Language Proficiency: Native or Bilingual level of English.

Marketing Operations: Experience with marketing analytics, ops, and/or automation.
