Your Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday Analyst, HR to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and related modules, with a deep understanding of business processes, system configurations, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). This role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday solutions to support HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Learning, Absence, Talent, and Compensation.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions within Workday.
- Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting support for Workday operations and system enhancements.
- Conduct system testing to ensure stability and accuracy.
- Manage Workday releases, updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Perform data analysis and audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Provide training and support to end users for new functionalities.
- Design and generate reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.
- Support integrations between Workday and other systems.
- Create and load EIB files for mass updates.
- Serve as SME for Workday HCM and advise on best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors and consultants on complex issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements for system efficiency.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Document configurations and processes for knowledge transfer.
- Stay updated on new Workday features and make adoption recommendations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related.
- 4+ years of Workday HCM experience, including modules like Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, etc.
- Experience with Workday configuration, integrations, troubleshooting.
- Workday certifications preferred.
- Strong HR process knowledge and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Workday releases, testing, and data migration.
- Proven project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
