As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in connecting top talent with opportunities across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and recruit top talent for permanent positions across a diverse range of clients and industries, specifically in the light industrial, manufacturing, logistics and construction.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong partnerships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and aligning recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Candidate Screening \& Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Job Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide expert advice to both clients and candidates on competitive salary ranges and job market conditions.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial client engagement and job posting to candidate placement and onboarding.
- Collaboration \& Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely recruitment processes, maintaining open lines of communication throughout.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a robust database of qualified candidates to fill current and future client needs.
- Compliance \& Best Practices: Adhere to all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies while ensuring an excellent candidate and client experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 1-2 years of recruitment experience at a staffing firm, having supported light industrial, manufacturing, logistics and construction industries.
- Education: Bachelor's or College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Avionte BOLD, and job boards like Indeed Smart Sourcing.
- Interpersonal Skills: Emotional intelligence, problem-solving ability, and adaptability to diverse client and candidate needs.
- Sales-Minded Approach: Ability to leverage relationship-building skills to expand business opportunities and meet client hiring needs.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion throughout the recruitment process.
