In This Role You Will
- Provide professional customer service to support the business and IT which includes contributing to the improvement of cross functional communication and team synergies
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate end users for Windows 11 upgrade
- Assist end users during their acceptance testing (QAs)
- Work in conjunction with the Service Desk in reviewing deployment issues (i.e. Incidents)
- Create, document, and refer issues and problems in accordance with ticketing standards
- Moderate unpacking / moving of equipment, and set-up
- Complete other work duties assigned by Manager
What We Are Looking For...
- Working towards post-secondary degree in Computing / Information Technology
- Working knowledge of Microsoft client technologies specific to the installation and maintenance of the OS and application integration
- Working knowledge of client hardware platforms and technologies (e.g. Desktop, Notebook, Docking Station, Printer, Scanner, etc)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive and professional manner
- Team player able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft productivity application knowledge and experience such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Knowledge of software tools to assist in operating a Service Desk
- Strong knowledge of all client hardware technologies
