Responsibilities

Collaborate with Survey and GIS teams to identify project opportunities, conduct scoping calls, and develop proposals and statements of work.
Define project goals, scope, and deliverables aligned with business objectives and client needs.
Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
Utilize project management tools to monitor progress, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Leverage FME or similar ETL tools to manage and integrate spatial data across platforms and streamline workflows.
Maintain budgets, prepare financial reports, and oversee invoicing processes.
Foster strong client relationships, set clear expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
Lead team meetings, document actions, and oversee the resolution of project risks and issues.
Stay updated on GIS technologies, ETL tools, and survey best practices to guide projects and deliver value.

About You...

Minimum 3 years of experience managing GIS and/or survey-related projects.
PMP certification preferred.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SmartSheet, Salesforce).
Strong knowledge of GIS systems (e.g., ESRI ArcGIS) and Trimble survey workflows.
Proficiency in ETL tools such as FME, with experience integrating spatial data across various platforms.

Bilingual in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
