About The Role
We are looking for a E \& O Claims Facilitator, Risk and Compliance Management to join our team in Alberta, Ontario, or the Atlantic region on a full-time permanent basis.
In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of insurance policies and regulations to make fair and accurate Broker Error and Omissions (E \& O) claim settlement decisions. You will also provide consultation and challenge to the Manager of Risk and Compliance to ensure risks are identified and mitigated effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret insurance policies to assess claims fairly
- Document all tasks to meet legislative requirements
- Investigate E \& O incidents impartially and recommend actions
- Communicate respectfully with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze data for risk mitigation and practice consistency
- Escalate risks and assist in risk reporting
- Guide the business in risk management and promote risk control products
- Stay updated on legislation, industry trends, and best practices
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education
- 5 years of claims, policy wording, or insurance experience (asset)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication across all organizational levels
