Who We Are: Scarborough Transit Connect (STC) is a joint venture between Aecon and FCC Canada Ltd. that was selected by Metrolinx to deliver the Scarborough Subway Extension -- Stations, Rails and Systems (SSE-SRS) package.
The Scarborough Subway Extension will bring the TTC's Line 2 subway service nearly eight kilometers farther into Scarborough. It will extend from Kennedy Station to Sheppard Avenue and McCowan Road, providing quick and seamless transit for those heading into and out of the downtown core and those travelling within Scarborough. The extension will replace Line 3 (the Scarborough RT), helping to reduce travel times and improve access to jobs, schools, and other key destinations throughout the city.
As part of the Scarborough Transit Connect Team, we are looking for a qualified Human Resources Administrator to join our team. Submit and verify all employee records in the HRIS database (SAP) Responsible for submitting salary change forms to payroll and total rewards Responsible to ensure employees are enrolled in the benefits program and submit any associated documentation needed to the pension and benefits department Coordinate \& organize training sessions (booking of rooms, equipment required, materials printed etc.) in all disciplines of training when needed Responsible for filing and maintaining all employee files and HR forms to ensure availability for employee use Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of Human Resources Post secondary school education, preference given to those with an HR focus. Minimum of 1 year' experience working in a Human Resources or Payroll department.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). SAP experience is an asset. Competitive pay, comprehensive health and dental benefits, and RRSP matching plans.
