Job Description: Food Service Sales Representative
Binner Marketing \& Sales Inc. is seeking a full-time Food Service Sales Representative in Vancouver and surrounding areas. Established in 1985, Binner Marketing has a strong presence across Western Canada, representing a lineup of committed principals (manufacturers).
Our goal is to strengthen relationships with our principals and customers to ensure continued growth.
Qualifications
- Prior food service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Culinary background is beneficial but not required
Summary
Our Food Service Sales Representatives are responsible for calling on existing and new food service clients, including independents and distributors. They focus on presenting and promoting our product lineup to grow sales. As Binner Marketing continues to expand its product and manufacturer portfolio, representatives must quickly learn and apply new knowledge to seek new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Calling on Food Service Operators and Distributors
- Demonstrating product knowledge and updates on existing and new products
- Submitting CRM reports regularly
- Achieving sales growth and targets
- Participating in industry food shows and events
- Handling and presenting food products
- Performing other duties as assigned
