Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Production Operator at our Hamilton -- Victoria location, reporting to the Operations Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor loading and off-loading activities of trucks and barges
- Maintain and inspect equipment
- Perform safety inspections regularly
- Open and close valves during loading/unloading
- Use computer systems for truck scaling
- Maintain site cleanliness and upkeep
- Follow all work procedures and safety protocols
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications \& Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and on-call
- Experience in industrial, construction, or similar settings preferred
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Fluent in verbal and written English
