You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment, or system following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.
How You Will Contribute
You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets. You will execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM and PM standards and ensure safety and quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand and report equipment losses.

- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communication in the appropriate language

Role Summary
Operate high-speed stick equipment to package candy, perform adjustments for efficiency, verify product quality, and ensure product meets quality standards. Responsible for automatic packaging of displays and cases.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate specific equipment to produce product within tolerances
- Assist with startup, shutdown, and changeovers
- Ensure safe operation and achieve output targets
- Identify and verify product and packaging materials
- Change wraps, code dates, and perform quality checks
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area
- Follow SOPs, GMP, and other instructions
- Participate in group activities and cross-train on equipment
Education / Experience / Training Required
- Work Keys scores for Grade 5 Position
- Ability to learn IL6S concepts and Quality Suites
- Cross-training on other bagging and twist machines
Skill-sets
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and adjustments
- Ability to use a pump truck
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Ability to complete paperwork and reports
- Flexibility to start up/shut down machines
- Ability to lift up to 15 kg regularly
