Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
The Opportunity: Responsible for operating a variety of equipment, ranging from simple to complex, based on assigned work, to process all jobs effectively and efficiently in accordance with Symcor and SLA procedures, requirements, and deadlines. Transfers finished products to the appropriate area and troubleshoots equipment issues to resume production.
What you will do:
- Operate assigned equipment to process client jobs with 100% accuracy, ensuring quality and specifications are met.
- Perform checks during machine operation to ensure quality.
- Set up machines according to specifications and ensure availability of materials.
- Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment problems and escalate unresolved issues.
- Communicate effectively with peers and external vendors regarding equipment issues.
What you need to have to succeed:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years related experience
- Equipment Vendor certification as required
- Knowledge of Symcor's procedures and client work instructions
- Knowledge of equipment/software related to the work
