About the Opportunity
Fusion is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join the CSR team in Calgary, AB, Canada. The ideal candidate will be an organized, driven, and results-focused professional. Job duties involve working closely with our technical and accounting teams and are responsible for engaging with clients and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction.
Primarily, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Order Processing and Logistics Management: Receiving documents from customers, logging them into the system, processing all documents according to requirements, coordinating cargo availability, and arranging pickup and delivery.
- Customer Liaison: Identifying and assessing customer needs, building sustainable relationships with clients and vendors through open communication, and maintaining records of interactions.
- Supply Chain Support: Managing inventory, fulfilling raw material orders, coordinating domestic and international orders and transportation (by ocean, air, and land), tracking containers, and coordinating with trucking companies and warehouses.
- General Duties: Participating in on-call rotation for customer support, and handling filing and general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education related to International Trade, Logistics, or Business is an asset.
- Experience with accounting software is an asset but not mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Supply Chain \& Logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work well at all organizational levels.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working in a time-sensitive, team-based small office environment.
- Ability to participate in on-call rotations.
