Role Summary
Working with a team of people, you will provide administrative support services in claims creation and demonstrate a superior level of customer service. This role requires flexibility to be available between 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Other duties as may be required.

Responsibilities
Claims Set Up
- Claim creation in dedicated claims management system(s) as per account instructions
- Claim is triaged appropriately and assigned within target timeframe with 95% accuracy
- Participate on email and/or phone queues
- Make initial contact
- Billings and payment processing: Files billed within specified timeframe, payments issued accurately as per account instructions
- Claims support: Handle claims inquiries from insureds, third-party insurers, and vendors; provide assistance with data entry, notes, police reports, lien searches, and other claims-related tasks
- Account Management Support: Proper handling of correspondence for National Account employees, maintaining a catalogue of electronic devices, claim file management, data integrity tasks, and supporting other requests as directed
Required Education \& Experience
- Post-secondary education in administration, insurance, or related fields is considered an asset
- Experience in an administrative support role, specifically in the insurance industry, is considered an asset
- Experience working within a dynamic team
- Aptitude and ability to learn new skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with reporting and data management considered an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
