About the Role
A growing international enterprise with complex in-house systems is looking for a talented Web Application Developer with strong experience in the .NET ecosystem. Working under the guidance of the ERP leadership and the broader IT management team, you'll be responsible for enhancing, maintaining, and building internal web-based applications that support operations across multiple departments and geographies.
This is a hands-on development role with direct exposure to stakeholders and end users. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance internal web applications using .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET)
- Collaborate with end users and cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring stability and performance
- Design new features and implement improvements based on evolving business needs
- Support integration with other enterprise systems and data platforms
- Ensure compliance with internal data security and governance standards
- Contribute to documentation and training materials with support from the business analyst team
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with .NET and C#
- Strong background in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework
- Front-end proficiency: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery (Angular or React a bonus)
- Experience working with Azure and SQL Server (database design and querying)
- Familiarity with Git, TFS, or similar version control systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with technical and non-technical users
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
- Experience in cross-functional roles or supporting global platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with a user-centric approach
