You will use your creativity, consultative skills, and subject matter expertise to help our customers explore and adopt Cloud solutions that accelerate their business.
Role overview: As a Journey Architect, AWS, you will guide our customers through their Cloud transformation to Amazon Web Services. You will work with traditional datacenters, Hybrid Cloud environments, and advanced Cloud solutions. Collaborating with sales and technical teams, you will architect solutions to facilitate our customers' transition to the cloud, representing Softchoice as a top solutions provider in North America.
What you'll do:
- Understand our customers' business challenges and design solutions to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with Professional Services engineers and other architects to develop complex multi-platform solutions.
- Act as a bridge between sales teams and customers, sharing insights on Amazon's latest productivity solutions.
- Host workshops, translate technical jargon, and challenge customers to see the value in the solutions you propose.
- Create detailed statements of work documenting solutions, demonstrating professionalism and insight.
What you'll bring:
- Technical experience with 4 years in industry.
- 3 years in services pre-sales.
- Passion for empowering organizations with technology.
- Curiosity about new technologies and their business impact.
- Strong communication skills, inclusive and persuasive.
- Comfort working with engineering teams in areas such as Data Technologies, AI/ML, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in various technology areas.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
