The Product Insight team is the intersection of product design and supply chain technology for our top retail client. This group has a strong focus on data and analytics with a goal to improve product sustainability and customer experience. This group gives leadership insight to further create incredible products and experiences for their customers world wide.
Day in the LifeSupports end to end strategy and delivery for lululemon's Product Voice of Guest program specific to guest fit/sizing capturing feedback across all internal and external channels and creating valuable insights to inform all areas of the business
Produce executive-level reporting gleaning insights and telling a compelling post-launch product story through data that fits the audience
Conduct research and performs various analyses to drive data-driven insights for Fit ExcellenceBring analytics/BI best practices for reporting and data infrastructure for Global QualityProvide input to Fit and Sizing stakeholders in process improvement sessions around analyzing guest insights through quantitative, qualitative, and statistical methods, including but not limited to defining the tools or engineering solutions needed to improve reporting efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications:5+ years expert level in telling a compelling story with powerful insights based on analyzed large quantities of qualitative and quantitative data10+ years of data analytics, data modelling, and reporting, preferable in a retail or supply chain environment
Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, database management, data modeling, and database structures; experience with Smartsheet and SSRS/PBI Report BuilderExcellent communication, spelling and grammatical attention to detail both written and verbal with external and internal stakeholders across all levels
