Your Role Within The Team
- Oversee and lead Project Controls strategy.
- Participate in developing, enhancing, and adhering to project controls processes and procedures.
- Develop and lead Project Controls strategy for the project and Joint Venture.
- Ensure Joint Venture partners are kept informed through reporting and status updates.
- Manage the project controls teams for smooth operation.
- Identify and resolve issues, variances, and develop corrective actions.
- Report to a Project Director.
- Create team strategies and lead a team of Planners and Cost controllers, including performance evaluations.
- Client interface regarding the project.

The Ideal Candidate
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in senior project controls roles, preferably in nuclear.
- 15+ years of project cost and schedule control experience, with 5-10 years leading teams.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Primavera P6 is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management techniques, including PMBOK, critical path method, earned value, and complex reporting.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and build relationships with clients and partners.
- Leadership skills to mentor staff and lead teams.
