- Oversee construction projects from beginning to end
- Manage the budget and estimate costs
- Determine the necessary resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
- Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

A successful Project Manager should have:
- A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the buildings construction industry
- Strong track record delivering $50-100M institutional ground up new build projects in a general contracting environment
- Familiarity with construction/ project management software - Procore
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- A team player with leadership abilities
