Overview:

RESPONSABILITÉS :

Diriger l'évaluation financière et le suivi des initiatives de nouveaux produits (INP) depuis le concept jusqu'au lancement.
Être responsable des modèles et gabarits financiers des INP, en assurant l'exactitude et l'inclusion des besoins des partenaires d'affaires.
Mener des examens détaillés des chaînes de valeur, des structures de coûts et de la tarification des NPI avec les équipes pertinentes (par ex., Gestion de la croissance des revenus (RGM), Chaîne d'approvisionnement).
Maintenir le Tableau de bord de l'Innovation (Tableau), en offrant une visibilité sur la performance des projets par rapport aux objectifs financiers.
Présenter la performance financière de l'innovation et les perspectives à la direction.
Supporter certaines tâches reliées au processus de fin de mois (rapport de fins mois, modèle Prix-Volume-Mix (P.V.M.)).
Participer aux réunions périodiques du personnel pour discuter et définir les opportunités et les priorités de l'entreprise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

En voie d'obtenir un Baccalauréat en finance ou en comptabilité.
Connaissance générale des principes de comptabilité et de gestion des coûts, notamment des principes comptables généralement reconnus (PCGR).
Connaissance des outils Microsoft obligatoire, des systèmes SAP \& rapports BI, un atout.

Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, capacité à établir efficacement des relations avec l'équipe des Finances \& les pairs interfonctionnels.

Responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the financial evaluation and tracking of new product initiatives (NPI) from concept through launch.
Own financial models and templates for NPI, ensuring accuracy and inclusion of business partner needs.
Conduct detailed reviews of NPI value chains, cost structures, and pricing with relevant teams (e.g., RGM, Supply Chain).
Maintain the Innovation Dashboard (Tableau), providing visibility into project performance against financial targets.
Present innovation financial performance and insights to leadership.
Support some tasks related to the month-end process (month-end reporting, Price-Volume-Mix (P.V.M.) models).
Attend periodic staff meetings to discuss and align business opportunities and priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
General knowledge of accounting and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Knowledge of software Microsoft Tools mandatory, SAP \& BI reporting an asset.

Analytical \& technical skills and ability to link information together; capable of translating findings into business actions.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to effectively build relationships with the finance team \& cross-functional peers.
Ability to adapt, self-managed, motivated.
