Position Overview:AutoShack is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our onsite team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research to support new product launches and maintain the competitiveness of existing product lines. Duties include pricing research, market analysis, sales tracking, and customer review evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct pricing research for new and existing aftermarket automotive products. Analyze customer reviews and sales data to inform product strategies. Research market trends and competitor positioning within the B2C automotive parts sector.
Prepare detailed reports and actionable insights using Microsoft Excel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and sales initiatives. Maintain and update product and market research databases with a high degree of accuracy.
Candidate Requirements:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis tools). Strong skills in internet-based research and data gathering. Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in research, data analysis, or a closely related field.
