Legal Assistant Toronto $Our client a leading Bay Street legal firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support two lawyers, including a senior partner, in a fast-paced tax and estate planning practice. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills. Prepare and manage legal documents related to tax law, estate planning, and administration, including complex wills and family trusts.
Assist in drafting reports for estate planning and corporate reorganizations. Track and enter billable hours, process invoices, and handle monthly billing. Perform other administrative and support tasks as needed.
Diploma or certification from a recognized Legal Assistant program. Minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm or professional services, with a focus on tax and estate law. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
