What the Role Entails:
- Educate employees through one or more L \& D disciplines.
- Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs for new system releases, existing system updates, and new products
- Research, create, prepare, and present educational materials
- Support and promote the adoption and application of workplace learning.
- Ongoing administrative management on existing and completed training courses and programs.
- Consistently participate in program planning in collaboration with team members and external stakeholders. Identifying and developing solutions to fill training gaps.
- Consistently participate in various projects within the HR department and other departments.
- Performs other duties as needed.
The Successful candidate will have:

Adult Education Certification is an asset.

CAIB 1 \& 2 or three CIP courses
-
3-5 years of Insurance experience as a Personal Insurance Advisor

1 Year of instructional experience is an asset

Strong application of National workflows

Sales \& service skills

Adaptability

Facilitation and teaching abilities

Ability to use the following programs:

EPIC, MS Office Suite, Insurer Portal use, various program delivery platforms
