Salary:
An attractive annual salary in the range of $350,000 to $450,000 CAD , along with a $100,000 signing bonus!
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Perform a variety of clinical procedures including examinations, extractions, restorations, and preventive care.
- Manage practice operations with a focus on delivering excellent patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices to improve their dental well-being.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with dental staff to create a positive working environment.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in dental technology and procedures.
Essential Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program (Canadian or American Dental Institutions).
- Licensure to practice dentistry in Saskatchewan, Canada.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of experience in clinical dentistry.
- Experience in practice management is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Proficiency in various dental procedures and techniques.
Skills:
- Excellent clinical skills in performing a wide range of dental procedures.
- Ability to manage patient flow and office operations efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
