Do: Lead electrical design across concept, schematics , panel layout, and integration with mechanical/hydraulic systems Work hands-on --- troubleshoot, wire panels, and assist on-site with installs and testing Program and configure Schneider and Allen Bradley PLCs Collaborate with PMs, business dev, and field teams to ensure smooth delivery from proposal through to commissioning Mentor junior engineers and support R\&D for next-gen products and revenue streams Travel occasionally to customer or subcontractor sites ✅ What You Bring: \~10 years total , with 5 years of North American experience in electrical engineering for custom machine design. \~ Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering \~ Expertise in AutoCAD Electrical, SoMachine , SoMove \~ Experience in power/control calculations, industrial codes (CSA, ANSI), and hazardous location systems \~ Knowledge of embedded controls (Atmel, ARM), programming in C/C /Python , and IDEs like Arduino/Eclipse \~ Passion for solving real-world problems with real-world tools --- not just CAD but cables, tools, panels, and people Why
