Job SummaryOur Investor Services Finance team requires an Analyst to assist with various tasks that need to be completed, including management reporting, forecast/ planning process, and streamline and automate processes. Job DescriptionWhat will you do? Assisting in the end to end IS Performance Management Reporting mandate for weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and analysis cycles (inclusive of month end and quarter end reporting/commentary).
Assist with the development of monthly and quarterly financial summaries and presentations for Senior Management Team and IS business leaders. Assist with the Plan and Forecast process by supporting the production and distribution of meaningful reporting for senior management, providing key insights on revenue trends, cost transparency and macroeconomic sensitivities. Assist with the development, maintenance and enhancement of complex financial models to support strategic and regulatory reviews including enterprise wide stress testing.
Continuously improve, streamline and automate processes to achieve efficiencies. Assist and provide support on various projects and ad-hoc analysis as required What do you need to succeed?
Must-haves Interested in learning more about Finance (or closely related function) and gaining Finance experience. Good Excel skillsExcellent problem solving and proven analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong communication and collaborative skills as the position works with teams over multiple geographies and functions. Ability to work with tight deadlines, multitask and work under pressure.
High degree of initiative and solution-based attitude. Experience analyzing large sets of financial data. Attention to detail.
