YOUR TASKS:
- Review flight schedule and arrange manpower for daily coverage.
- Maintain flight schedules by consolidating all flight data for operations across all stations.
- Prepare the manpower schedule and review daily work packages.
- Administration of the Customer Work Orders, and
- Preparing Work orders and issue it to the maintenance team
- Review work packages and work orders to ensure appropriate man hours, tooling and parts required.
- Responsible for tracking all man hours and work completed.
- Complete production planning reports.
- Scan, file and maintain all paperwork as per Transport Canada requirements.
- Audit completed paperwork and work packages daily for errors and provide statistics to Management.
- Develop and implement new workflow processes.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
- Minimum two-years' experience in a maintenance planner role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or AME license.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple time sensitive initiatives simultaneously.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced organization skills required for a fast-paced work environment.
- Pro-active, result-oriented and strive for continued improvement
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to company needs
- Ability to learn new software implemented.
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with WIAMS team and customers
- YYZ RAIC and airside vehicle operators permit (AVOP) YYZ is a plus
