All India Football Federation is seeking an experienced and talented Assistant Coach for the Men's Indian National U19 Football Team. The Assistant Coach will collaborate closely with the Head Coach to support the development and success of the team in the upcoming SAFF U-19 Championship and during preparation. Responsibilities include assisting in training program development, strategy formulation, player selection, game planning, and providing feedback on player performance.

Key Deliverables
- Assist the Head Coach in developing and implementing training programs for the U-19 Men's Indian National Team.
- Help develop game plans and strategies, ensuring effective communication to players.
- Conduct team meetings to review games, discuss strategies, and set goals.
- Identify and shortlist players for the SAFF U-19 Championship in coordination with the Head Coach.
- Collaborate with staff including coaches, trainers, doctors, physiotherapists, and team managers for team preparation.
- Monitor and analyze team and individual performances, providing feedback for improvement.
- Assist in scouting opponents and contribute to game planning.
- Work with physiotherapists and strength \& conditioning coaches to minimize injuries and maintain peak performance.
- Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment, fostering a culture of excellence and serving as a role model.
- Represent the team professionally and ethically, maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- AFC A Coaching Certification
- Experience with Junior Men's teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an inclusive environment
- Strong knowledge of rules, tactics, and strategies
- Languages: English and Hindi; other Indian languages are a plus
- Experience coaching national club teams
