Job Description
Are you passionate about fashion trends? Do you enjoy leading a team? Then this opportunity is for you! As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in creating an inclusive team environment that fosters positive connections. Your goal is to achieve store success by leading the team to meet sales and profit objectives, recruiting, managing performance, and developing staff. Your adaptability to various situations and schedules will be key to your success.
What You Will Do
- Ensure the store meets company objectives and KPI targets.
- Provide leadership by managing policies, procedures, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
- Recruit, manage, develop, and train sales-focused, customer-oriented staff.
- Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Maintain open communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Proven success in leading teams to achieve sales goals.
- High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings.

What We Offer
- Salary: $44,000 - $50,000
