Your Impact:
- Provide pre- and post-sales support, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving product/system challenges efficiently.
- Design and maintain master key systems using specialized software like ProMaster, ensuring compliance with strict security protocols.
- Process specialized keying requests for residential and commercial markets, maintaining rigorous access control standards.
- Manage inbound/outbound communications, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, accounting) to align projects with security standards.
What You Bring:
- Bilingual proficiency (English \& French) with outstanding communication skills.
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Meticulous attention to detail for managing high-security key systems and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects.
- Security awareness and understanding of confidentiality protocols.
- Federal and Provincial security clearances (or ability to obtain them).
