What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Digital and AI Strategy, you will help shape and advance digital and AI strategies by enhancing enterprise maturity and enabling scalable digital capabilities. Your role involves storytelling to communicate our digital vision, aligning stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives. You will also lead thought leadership efforts to inspire our team and elevate understanding of emerging digital trends.
At CIBC, we enable a flexible work environment. You'll have the option to work in a hybrid arrangement, spending 1-3 days on-site and the rest remotely.
How You'll Succeed
- Enable new opportunities and our future: Assess market and digital opportunities for revenue growth and improved client experiences, staying relevant with digital banking advances.
- Ownership to meet objectives: Build stories, presentations, business requirements, support strategic work packages, and develop robust business cases. Gather feedback from stakeholders to maintain leadership momentum.
- Collaboration \& deep-dive: Analyze channel strategies that drive profitable digital growth and adoption. Collaborate across CIBC to develop unified digital platforms.
