We have an opportunity for a Distribution Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will create and analyze data from various sources, supporting the Logistics and Supply Chain team in activities related to the supply and distribution of products in Canada.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inventory accuracy between the warehouse WMS and AbbVie's IMS (SAP), including creating and maintaining cycle count schedules based on product ABC categorization.
- Ensuring routine cycle counts are completed, documented, reviewed, and approved, with adjustments summarized for finance review.
- Tracking and trending inventory adjustments, filing documentation for audits, and supporting financial audits with required documentation.
- Monitoring EDI message failures between systems and processing these failures.
- Supporting financial audits and reporting, including running SAP reports, analyzing KPIs, and reconciling invoices.
- Managing destruction, outbound orders, and returns, including creating invoices, reviewing destruction requests, and ensuring SOP compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Project or program management experience; knowledge of supply chain concepts and best practices preferred.
- Experience with inventory management systems (SAP ECC, S4HANA) is an asset.
Skills and abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills for coordinating with third-party planning and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of good distribution practices (GDP) and Canadian distribution channels.
- Supply chain certifications such as CPIM, Lean, Greenbelt, or Six Sigma are assets.
- Advanced Excel skills and analytics experience required.
Note: Fluency in English is essential due to communication with clients and stakeholders outside Quebec.
