- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, with a focus on forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization
- Proficiency in SQL -- ability to query data, aggregate values, group by key metrics, and produce actionable reporting
- Proficiency in pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, especially around electrical, mechanical, and connectivity equipment
- Experience analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and evaluate gaps in planning
- Comfortable working with multiple data sources to generate reporting and support decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- able to collaborate cross-functionally and present findings clearly
- Highly organized, self-sufficient, and proactive, with the ability to manage tasks autonomously and follow through
