Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Business Analyst with expertise in IBM TRIRIGA and Capital Projects to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, optimizing processes, and ensuring the effective use of the TRIRIGA platform for capital project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into TRIRIGA solutions.
- Configure and customize the IBM TRIRIGA platform to meet project needs.
- Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and reports within TRIRIGA.
- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide training and support to end-users on TRIRIGA functionalities.
- Conduct data analysis and ensure data integrity within the TRIRIGA system.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest TRIRIGA features and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on IBM TRIRIGA and capital projects.
- Strong understanding of capital project management processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing TRIRIGA modules, workflows, and reports.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IBM TRIRIGA certification.
- Experience with other project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of Capital Projects module.
