We invite you to take the helm as the General Manager for 99.3 The River. 99.3 The River (CFAN-FM) is Miramichi's go-to station for country music, local news, and community-focused content. As part of the MBS Radio network, we are passionate about delivering engaging radio while making a real impact in our region. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and continue our growth in the community.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with market analysis and CRM tools
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Experience in budget management and financial forecasting
- Relevant certifications in sales or management preferred
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall business performance.
