Fuze Logistics Services is seeking a Claims and Contracts Specialist to join our team in Montreal. This is an exiting opportunity and role that plays a critical role in ensuring that contracts are properly managed, executed, and protected, while minimizing the risks associated with claims and disputes.
Duties and responsibilities:
update and maintain corporate contract management system;
complete the revision of master service, non-disclosure, and other standard form agreements;
review new client contracts, redline, assess the risk, insurance requirements and determine proper coverage;
review non-disclosure agreement, leases, vendor credit applications.
process claims, as required;
maintain records of insurance policies and claims.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
- 3 years of paralegal or related experience.
- Significant experience with contracts and corporate matters.
- Strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and juggle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
- Curiosity and desire to take on mandates in a variety of subject matter areas.
- Entrepreneurial and highly adaptable.
- Bilingualism (fluent in French and English).
