Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests. - Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide outstanding service and maintain high standards of food preparation.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling food costs to maximize profitability.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Oversee the POS system to ensure accurate transactions and efficient service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality assurance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining areas and kitchens.
Experience: Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills, familiarity with food safety regulations, excellent customer service skills, experience with POS systems, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
