Requirements:

Experience in recruiting or staffing, preferably in a research/sourcing/executive search function.

Must have 4 years plus experience of full-time talent sourcing or recruitment experience supporting Finance, Retail, High Volume, Executive, Insurance or Technology focused roles

Experience in using a variety of talent sourcing methodologies and techniques including;
social networking channels, talent sourcing tools, job boards \& internet networking tools

Expertise in Data analysis and market intel presentation through data storytelling utilizing Microsoft tools (Excel, Powerpoint and word) and others
-
Experience in client management and internal partners relationship management

Experience in working with KPIs and result driven work environment

Experience with applicant tracking systems.

Experience with Boolean Search Strings.

Proven track record of successful external headhunting

Experience in working independently to meet deadlines.

Experience in presenting data and market intel

University Degree preferred.
