Talent Acquisition Specialist

Requirement:
- Extensive experience in product recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for roles such as Product Managers, Product Designers, and other product-focused positions within both corporate and agency environments.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and candidates by understanding product lifecycle, market needs, and industry trends.
- High sense of urgency and commitment to meeting hiring goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A high degree of business acumen and comfortability in dealing with ambiguity.
- Experience fostering collaborative working relationships advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong experience in building collaborative relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across functions.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Workday ATS is preferred but not required.
