The Brand Strategist will be responsible for ensuring the company's brand standards are upheld across all platforms and mediums. This role involves overseeing content creation, maintaining consistency in branding, updating collateral to align with brand standards, and contributing to the company's growth through strategic branding and creative initiatives.

- Knowledge of graphic design and copywriting principles.

Education:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field
- Additional certifications in marketing or related areas are a plus
Responsibilities and Authorities:
- Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, style, and visual identity.
- Provide training and resources to internal teams on brand standards.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Review and approve all creative outputs to ensure branding and quality standards are met.
- Audit existing marketing materials and assets to ensure compliance with current brand guidelines.
- Recommend updates or redesigns of outdated collateral to enhance consistency and impact.
- Evaluate and align branding across websites, social media, internal documentation, and marketing campaigns.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement consistent branding across all touchpoints.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance the company's brand presence in the market.
- Develop and execute strategic branding initiatives to support business objectives.
- Monitor branding trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains at the forefront of industry standards.
