Dental Hygiene Coordinator / Receptionist
Responsibilities:- Coordinate treatment plans with healthcare providers

Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner

Schedule and confirm patient appointments

Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details and communicate with insurance companies

Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork

Explain treatment options, procedures, and costs to patients

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address patient inquiries

Process payments and handle insurance claims
Experience:
-
Previous experience working in a dental practice is a must

Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing is a plus

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, recordkeeping, and billing
