The Opportunity Admin Assistant III - Procurement \& Supply Chain Administration
- Manage purchasing processes including generating contracts and purchase orders within deadlines and budgets, and assisting requesting areas and managers with purchase requests
- Provide administrative support, including; registering new suppliers and maintaining the supplier portfolio; Preparing monthly reports on performance, efficiency, and budget execution
- Submit monthly requests for funds and supporting audits \& maintaining projects and Work breakdown structure (WBS) in SAP
- Generate and maintain financial reports, including but not limited to, forecasting (weekly and monthly), KPIs, daily requisition, monthly cost and details, project tracking, vendor spend analysis, headcount and overtime .
- Ensures compliance with company procedures, including Health, Safety, and Environment Management System and Code of Ethics.
- Other potential ad-hoc requests including: managing travel
About You Education:
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in administrative or business studies.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills:
- Good knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP with ability to input procurement service entry requests and download financial data to create reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- PowerBI development skills for custom reporting development is nice to have (or willingness to take training and classes to upskill)
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication (clear and professional communication)
- Time Management, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines)
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all tasks
- Problem-solving skills, critical thinking and resourcefulness
- Professionalism and confidentiality, maintaining a professional demeanor and handling sensitive information discreetly.
