About The Role The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Proposal team by compiling a quality proposal document that is consistently compelling, study specific, and qualitydriven. The Proposal Coordinator also supports the Business Development team by coordinating and executing administrative tasks, as needed, in primary support of the Proposal team's objectives. What You'll Do Here Use the current approved Proposal Template to draft the Innovator proposal document; Maintain the Proposal Template with ongoing updates to formatting, presentation styles, and standard content in coordination with the Marketing team. Lead the process in ensuring the content of individual proposal documents, reflects Business Development and RFP objectives; Lead coordination with internal operational teams to identify and compile required content for each proposal document, in line with RFP requirements; Responsible for maintaining proposal specific Working Instruction and/or Style Guide documents in line with on-going standards and practices; Responsible for accurately updating and maintaining the Proposal Workload Tracker on a daily basis; Responsible for updating and maintaining proposal-specific spreadsheet to track the supplemental marketing material used for each proposal; Attend Strategy Meetings for each RFP in support of proposal document development; Administrative tasks in support of Proposal team objectives. What You'll Need to Succeed Ideally a College degree or Bachelor degree or higher-level degree in science or related discipline. Pertinent experience may be considered in lieu. Strong MS Excell skills. Bioanalytical knowledge is an asset Excellent communication skills; Both in English and French. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills as well as understanding clinical services which will contribute to the coordination of all activities related to research projects; Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to changing situations; Excellent time management skills; Team player.
