About The Role The Marketing Demand Generation Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the demand generation initiatives to generate new business, execute customer and partner marketing campaigns, drive business growth and support the overall marketing strategy. This role will focus on optimizing campaigns, managing lead processes, and leveraging tools like Salesforce and Excel to measure and report on campaign performance and qualify all the marketing leads. What You'll Do Here Support the execution of integrated demand generation campaigns across email, digital, webinars, and events. Maintain and optimize lead management processes within Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking and routing of leads. Collaborate with marketing to define and refine lead scoring and qualification criteria. Coordinate demand generation projects, ensuring all tasks are executed on time and within scope. Use Excel to analyze campaign performance data, create reports, and identify areas for improvement. Monitor and report on KPIs such as lead creation, conversion rates, and influenced opportunities. Assist with the creation and maintenance of campaign tracking and campaign hierarchy in Salesforce. Assist in the development and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, webinars and events. Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign execution. Maintain marketing databases and lists, ensuring data integrity and segmentation accuracy. Identify opportunities to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of demand generation campaigns. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. What You'll Need to Succeed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or marketing operations. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM; Google Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), LinkedIn Ads Strong computer literacy (namely Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Drupal). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, formulas). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Bilingualism (French and English / written and spoken) Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in execution. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Manage multiple priorities effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactive attitude, resourcefulness, and a willingness to take on new challenges. Thrives on being creative and bringing ideas to fruition. Enjoys collaborating and helping others. Is curious and eager to learn (and then apply their learnings). Is highly organized and autonomous, thus can work on multiple projects simultaneously.
