Main Responsibilities: Administration of End-to-End Destruction Management Program on the TOR site to optimize site storage/warehouse capacities across the site and financial reconciliation of disposed material in a timely manner: Responsible for process flow and timeliness of initiation, approvals, disposal, disposal reference and financial posting. Responsible for troubleshooting within the tool and end user issues. Facilitates and manages the physical destruction of material and product compliant with internal controls. Provide new user training and support training needs. Investigate, develop and facilitate adoption of best practices in inventory management focusing on processes and tools to ensure optimized forecasting, cycle time mgt, stock accuracy and departmental/financial reporting across the site. Metric development and reporting utilizing SMS and LEAN methodology. Cycle Time Program management (DS/DP) aligned with Internal Controls. Ensure reporting is accurate and published so Supply Chain team members and other cross functional teams are able to manage Inventory in their areas. Tools may include (but are not limited to): SAP (iSHIFT)/BI/PowerBI/PowerAutomate Must be able to support existing infrastructure and create new/improved tools as required. Lead Supply Chain monthly Inventory meetings Act of iSHIFT KU (key user) for I20 for Inventory processes: Monthly meetings focused on Key topics to drive improvements on the overall Inventory actuals vs targets. Participates in SAP KU forums and manages/creates tickets and/or Change stories for AMS support. Acts as backup for Cycle Count process. Dimensions/Scope: Administer destruction tool process: providing new user training, maintaining the user and threshold tables in SAP, trouble shooting for the problems in the system process. Leading the communication for the write-off process and working closely with all impacted departments to ensure the process flow moving forward smoothly. Participate in tool, systems, business process, and reporting initiatives. This includes design, planning and testing to support enhancements, process improvements and new initiatives. Support training needs for new process and/or tool implementation. Provide guidance and training to ERP system users on current process and best practices. Effective impacts analysis for tools & data model evolutions. Customer feedback on tools and models created to support requests. Implementation of tools that have been identified as a gap for Supply Chain and supporting areas. Effectiveness of KPIs, measures & dashboard created The position will be working under the direction and guidance of manager and director. About You Requirements: Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of operational experience, as well as experience utilizing major ERP platforms (SAP preferred) and participation on tool/system enhancements (URS, FS, UAT experience), preferred LEAN, Six Sigma or PMP experience preferred Why Choose Us?
