Job Title: Equipment Purchasing Analyst
Job Description
The Procurement Analyst is responsible for organizing all equipment for new openings and renovations. This role involves preparing equipment packages using layouts, managing relationships with project managers and vendors, and ensuring all equipment requirements are met at various locations.
Responsibilities
Prepare Equipment packages using equipment layouts for new openings and renovation projects.
Collaborate with project managers and external vendors to ensure equipment packages are prepared accurately and on time.
Work with development teams and external architects to meet all equipment requirements for each location.
Prepare documents for accounts receivable to bill equipment packages for every project.
Issue purchase orders in SAP, considering vendor lead times.
Handle a large volume of daily requests from project managers, vendors, owners, and internal stakeholders to resolve equipment-related issues and meet opening targets.
Reconcile final equipment package costs within deadlines after the restaurant opens.
Update daily trackers and maintain internal systems.
Manage the internal ticketing system to receive and respond to equipment-related inquiries.
Maintain high levels of ticket metrics, resolving requests within SLA and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist with special projects related to process improvements.
Coordinate between project managers, internal teams, architects, and vendors.
Essential Skills
Experience with SAP, particularly in issuing purchase orders and reconciling costs.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail, using a ticketing system with resolution times of 2-5 days.
Understanding of supply chain and equipment purchasing processes.
Proficiency in using V-lookup and pivot tables.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or procurement.
Experience interacting and communicating with vendors.
Experience with SAP MM.
Degree or diploma in a related field.
Ability to multitask and manage more than two projects or initiatives.
Strong customer service personality.
Flexibility to work when asked.
Experience with Fresh Desk.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
