Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Laval, Montreal, Lanaudière (Québec). The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily floor operations, overseeing daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency, managing staff, maintaining quality control, and implementing company policies. The role includes managing budgets, inventory, and delivering excellent customer service. The Operations Manager will also drive sales goals and maintain health and safety standards.
The company is also open to train and give opportunities to people who don't have more than 2 years experience in the fast food industry.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in a fast food environment like Tim Hortons, McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, etc.
- Experience of management in a fast food environment for more than 2 year ( Supervisor, Assistant manager, etc.)
- Experience of manager in a fast food environment for more than 1 year
- Operational Management, Budgeting, and Inventory Management skills
- Staff Management and Leadership experience
- Customer Service skills and Quality Control knowledge
- Health and Safety Standards, Policy Implementation, and Compliance skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
